Tuesday Homework

Reading: Students need to read 20 minutes in a Reading Counts book. Students with Reading Folders need to read 10 pages orally, practice their fluency passage, and get a parent signature on their folder.

Math: Four 2x2 multiplication problems on graph paper, solved using Traditional Method and BowTie or Area Model.

Our Multiplication Test is Thursday!!

I have been teaching 4th grade at Ridgeview for over 20 years! One important thing I have learned over the years is EVERYTHING CHANGES :) And I believe that is an important life skill to learn. I love my job! There is nothing better than spending the day with 9 and 10 year olds. I learn from my students each and every day and pride myself in being a life long learner. Besides being a 4th grade teacher, I am a daughter, sister, mother, and am proud to be a grandmother (MeeMee) to 4 beautiful grandchildren under 6 years of age. I am excited to be starting a new year and I am looking forward to being your child's fourth grade teacher. We will have a fabulous year!
