Thank you for volunteering to help in Room 13 this year!  Parents helping at home will begin getting folders next week.  Remember, you will not get papers every week because there are some days I won't have students who pass their facts.  Parents who have asked to help in Room 13 will be contacted by me some time next week.  I still need to get a few things fine tuned before we begin having in-class volunteers. :)

    Nina Abbott

I have been teaching 4th grade at Ridgeview for over 20 years! One important thing I have learned over the years is EVERYTHING CHANGES :)  And I believe that is an important life skill to learn.  I love my job!  There is nothing better than spending the day with 9 and 10 year olds.  I learn from my students each and every day and pride myself in being a life long learner.  Besides being a 4th grade teacher,  I am a daughter, sister, mother, and am proud to be a grandmother (MeeMee) to 4 beautiful grandchildren under 6 years of age.  I am excited to be starting a new year and I am looking forward to being your child's fourth grade teacher.  We will have a fabulous year!
