Reading: Students with reading folders need to read 10 pages orally and get a parent signature on their reading folder. Students also need to practice their reading fluency passage.

Math: Lesson 1-1 p.55/56

Does pizza sound good for dinner tonight?? The Papas's Pizza fundraiser for Ridgeview is tonight! Our class will receive 50% of the price of the food you order. This is a great way for our class to receive extra funds that we need and will put to good use. You will need the flyer that was sent home yesterday. More are available in Room 13.

I have been teaching 4th grade at Ridgeview for over 20 years! One important thing I have learned over the years is EVERYTHING CHANGES :) And I believe that is an important life skill to learn. I love my job! There is nothing better than spending the day with 9 and 10 year olds. I learn from my students each and every day and pride myself in being a life long learner. Besides being a 4th grade teacher, I am a daughter, sister, mother, and am proud to be a grandmother (MeeMee) to 4 beautiful grandchildren under 6 years of age. I am excited to be starting a new year and I am looking forward to being your child's fourth grade teacher. We will have a fabulous year!
