Spelling: CCC with this week's high frequency words

September's Scholastic Book order is coming home tonight. If our classroom order is large enough we can earn 10,000 bonus points for the class, 10 free books for our library, and free book picks for students. Please read the letter attached to the order form for more information. Order forms are due September 26th.

A letter is also being sent home regarding box tops and our first box top contest which will run from now until November 26th.

I have been teaching 4th grade at Ridgeview for over 20 years! One important thing I have learned over the years is EVERYTHING CHANGES :) And I believe that is an important life skill to learn. I love my job! There is nothing better than spending the day with 9 and 10 year olds. I learn from my students each and every day and pride myself in being a life long learner. Besides being a 4th grade teacher, I am a daughter, sister, mother, and am proud to be a grandmother (MeeMee) to 4 beautiful grandchildren under 6 years of age. I am excited to be starting a new year and I am looking forward to being your child's fourth grade teacher. We will have a fabulous year!
